Pre-Order Policy
- Buy It Now items are charged at the time the order is placed.
- Prices for pre-order items are subject to change based on final landed costs.
- If the final price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the form of store credit.
- If the final price is higher, customers will be given the option to either:
- Pay the difference, or
- Cancel the item for a full refund.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be placed on hold until all items in the order are available.
- Once all items have arrived and pricing remains unchanged, the order will be automatically shipped.
- Buy It Nows are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable (e.g., the publisher cancels the product), a full refund will be issued.
- Buy It Nows may be cancelled and refunded by customers or the store.
- For transactions that are no longer eligible for direct refunds due to payment processor limitations, a store credit will be issued instead.

Is a donkey going to make it up the steep walls of the Grand Canyon? Normally? Yes. But you and your fellow donkey handlers need to get loads up to the top of the route as well. You need to have a keen eye for how much each donkey can carry. Make the right calls, use the favors of employees at the best time and deny contracts that you don’t believe in.
In Donkey Valley every round there is a different donkey that needs to be loaded with luggage. Each donkey can have a specific effect that influences how much they can carry. Players play face down load cards and make a call if they believe the donkey is overloaded or not. If they made the right call, they earn points and after eight rounds the player with the most points wins.
